There is a saying in Scotland. If you don't like the weather, wait ten minutes. The weather is notoriously changeable in the Highlands - one moment there can be beautiful sunshine glistening off the loch, the next minute the surface is wracked with a rainstorm; distorting the image of the mountains within. It's this changeability and atmosphere that I was trying to capture with Ten Minutes in the Highlands. |
